What worries you most?

The first visit is us at your house with a tape measure and questions. A written plan with a number follows it, and you decide after.

What happens next

After you send this

  • 01

    We call or text

Usually the next business day, to find a time and ask about the porch.

  • 02

    We come over

About an hour, with a tape measure and sample screens.

  • 03

    You get a written plan

A drawing and a price for each part, and no pressure.

Before you reach out

Do I need a permit?

Usually, yes. Building a new porch or enclosing an existing one is normally permitted by the City of Mobile or the county where you live. We prepare the drawings and apply; your building department has the final say.

How and when do I pay?

In stages, written into the agreement before work starts: a deposit, payments as each part of the work is done, and a last payment after the walk-through. Alabama doesn't set one number for every job, so we state the amounts and the stages in your plan.
