About us
We build screened porches and sunrooms, and almost nothing else. Lucinda Parham started the company after years of seeing the same three problems on every porch she was asked to fix: bugs that got in, boards that never dried and screens that came apart in a storm.
So we begin there. We draw it, we explain it, and we walk you through the finished porch before we leave: the door, the panels you'll lift out before a storm and the hose-down routine for spring pollen.

Collin builds the panels and hangs the doors until they close on their own.
Scheduling and permits
Symone files the permits, talks to your HOA and tells you when the crew is coming.
Neighbors
“Our old porch floor soaked up every rain. They pitched the new one so water runs off, and it has stayed dry through a wet summer.”
